Australian Summer of Tennis

Did you know that a record 17 tournaments will take place before the Australian Open even begins?! It's summer in Australia at the moment and these tournaments give the players more competition opportunities than ever before.

 
 

Two weeks of tennis all starts with the ATP Cup followed by the new, one-off Sydney Tennis Classic, a combined men’s and women’s event.

In Adelaide there's two weeks of combined men’s and women’s tennis with the Adelaide International competition and from the 3rd - 9th January Melbourne Park will host three events.

The Australian Open Qualifying starts on Monday 10 January and the Australian Open Junior Championships will be played from 22-29 January.

A full calendar of wheelchair events will also be staged, with the Victorian Wheelchair Open and Melbourne Wheelchair Open before the Australian Open Wheelchair Championships starts on 23rd January at Melbourne Park.
