Welcome to Issue 14 !

Welcome to our July issue.

This month we are bringing you some great sports to find out more about. Now restrictions are easing with lock down we hope you are enjoying getting back to your usual sporting activities.

Enjoy!

The Sports This Month

cycling

It’s summer time! School holidays are nearly here! Time to enjoy cycling!

karting-f1

On 2nd August, the British Grand Prix will take place at Silverstone race track without spectators but available to watch on Sky Sports and Channel 4.

FENCING

Fencing is fun! You use a sword to defend and attack your opponent and score points. It’s safe because you wear protective clothing.

football

A large number of you are probably very, VERY happy that football has started up again.

Canoeing and Stand up Paddle Boarding

Canoeing and SUP (Stand up Paddleboarding) is a sport that lends itself to social distancing! In your own boat, outside, on the water....what could be more perfect?

windsurfing

It’s nearly the summer holidays and lots of you will be taking trips in the U.K perhaps to the lakes or the sea. Why not go windsurfing whilst you are there?

MOTIVATED.jpg

how to stay motivated

With the return to netball in the UK uncertain, it can be hard to stay motivated to train for your sport or even exercise at all.

SOME FUN STUFF

There are lots of great things going on at the moment, despite the situation we are in. Take a look below.
